How we actually use these in real life.

I will not share something with you that is not already sitting on my own counter. Here is what a normal day looks like in a house with four kids, a lot of laundry, and not much extra energy.

Morning

Before the noise starts

Mine go out with breakfast, before backpacks and shoes and everyone needing me at once. Same cupboard, same time, every day. If it is not tied to something I already do, it does not happen.

Evening

Wind down, not one more task

The evening portion goes out with dinner cleanup. It has become part of the slowing down instead of another thing on the list.
