Work with me

Support for your child and your family.

Three ways to walk this together. Coaching is a companion to the care your child already receives, not a replacement. Choose the pace that feels possible today. We look beyond the label, tend to the whole family, and take one safe step at a time.

Women seeking foundational nervous system, nourishment, and wellness support are also warmly welcome. Mention this on your discovery call.

No surprises

What happens after you book.

Booking a call does not commit you to anything. Here is exactly how our first conversation goes, so you know what you are walking into.

1

Step One

You share your story

Twenty minutes to say it all out loud to someone who believes you. No judgment, no rushing, no explaining why it matters.

2

Step Two

We name the first priority

Together we look at what is going on and find the one foundation that will make the biggest difference for your child right now.

3

Step Three

You leave with a next step

You walk away with something useful whether or not we work together. If coaching feels right, I will explain the options and pricing.

Investment

Let's find the right fit for your family.

Investment details are shared during your free discovery call, along with flexible payment options. I understand that caring for a complex child can stretch a family's resources, and I'm happy to talk about what works for your situation.

What to expect

What coaching looks like

Our time together is a calm, steady partnership. You bring your story, your questions, and your hopes. I bring listening, guidance, and practical steps that feel possible for your family.

A safe place to share your story

Active listening and thoughtful questions

Personalized support and guidance

Help making sense of overwhelm and identifying priorities

Practical, manageable next steps

Ongoing communication, encouragement, and accountability

Coaching is a supportive and educational partnership. I do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medications, or provide medical treatment. My role is to listen, help you understand your options, support your goals, and guide you toward the next right step for your family.

Questions parents ask

The things you might be wondering.

If something here is still unclear, ask me on your discovery call. There is no question too small.

I am already exhausted. Is this going to be one more thing on my plate?+

No. We move at the pace of your real life. We choose one small step at a time, and we simplify before we add. Most parents tell me coaching gives them back mental space rather than taking it.

Does this replace my child's doctor or specialist?+

It does not. Coaching is a supportive and educational partnership. I do not diagnose, prescribe, or provide medical treatment. I help you understand the foundations, organize what you are seeing, and feel more confident in the conversations you are already having.

What does it cost?+

Investment details and flexible payment options are shared during your free discovery call. I understand that caring for a complex child can stretch a family's resources, and I am happy to talk about what works for your situation.

How much time will this take each week?+

Plan on a weekly call and small daily practices that fit into routines you already have. Meals, sleep, and calming moments are things you are doing anyway. We simply do them with more intention.

My child will not try new foods or new routines. Will this work?+

That is exactly where we start. We use bridge foods, gentle transitions, and a calmer table before we ask anything new of your child. Resistance is information, not failure.

I do not have a diagnosis. Can I still work with you?+

Yes. We look beyond labels at what the body is asking for. A diagnosis is not required, and a diagnosis is never the whole picture.

Which program should I choose?+

You do not have to decide before we talk. Tell me what is happening on the call and I will be honest about which path fits, or whether now is the right time at all.

What if I am the one who is struggling, not my child?+

You are welcome here. Women navigating chronic illness, autoimmune symptoms, or nervous system dysregulation are supported through the same foundations. Mention it when we talk.
